Drink your way to healthy living!
There are so many drinks that I deemed to be healthful for my body but I am always to lazy to drink especially at home. And thus, I am trying to incorporate the drink during my tea time at work or maybe at night or during the weekend.Here is what I drink, hopefully once weekly!
- Green Tea
- Dried Red Dates + Gui Zhi drink
- Honey Drink�
- Instance Oats
- Mixed Cereal + Yam beverage
- Red wine or Dome - Anlene Milk + Ovaltine
The only drink that I can’t help but to drink everyday is my Nescafe 3-in-1!!!

All the awesome healthy drinks that you are going to have at least once a week. Oh! you are also a coffee drink eh!… I used to be a heavy coffee drinker as my previous company has this all you can drink coffee machine. Now, since i was out from the company… i stopped drinking coffee… Caffein free body now LoL… :-p
i am trying too but i cant do all, especially oat, dates and wine/dome..
good for u.. i cant ditch the caffein..it’s my life~
have to less some coffee!
