Fish Goodness!
Wednesday, November 4th, 2009Today for my lunch, I ordered fish again although I have little confidence on the fish that they might prepare. Last week, I simply hate the small fried fish that has strong fishy smell and I practically have to force myself swallow it down my throat.
Why do I order it again today? Eating fish does bring a lot of benefit to our health and body. And that’s the least I can do for myself as I have very low intake of vegetables and I couldn’t do much about it. Eating fish twice weekly will significantly reduce the death rate of heart disease by 36% and the overall mortality rate was 17% lower according to Harvard study.
The omega 3 fatty acid found in fish promotes healthy vision and brain development for babies in the tummy. Apart from that it also protect against diabetes, cancer, Alzheimer and mental disorder including depression.
