Diet?

A friend of mine is trying every possible way to lose weight. She has been looking for diet pills that work but unfortunately all her diets never seem to work on her.
Currently she is trying to cut down on her food portion. The thing is she has always have been portions for her meals. And I mean really big. For example, I can only take snacks plate for KFC with 2 chickens but she can eat 3! Some of my male friends can’t even take the dinner plate.

Even though she said she is cutting down on food, especially lunch (according to her), I noticed that her dinner wasn’t very small either, compared to me. And I am not a small eater to begin with.

And when I remind her to eat less, she gave me the speech that she did not eat much during lunch or yesterday. Don’t you have to be a little consistent, dear? =.=”
