Sleep Much?

“Why do you wake up so early on weekend?” Suzanne asked me.

“Early? It’s 9.30 am and I slept at 12.30am. So it’s already 8 hours”, I told her.She amazes me when she said she slept for 11 hours and sometimes more on weekend! I don’t understand how some people can sleep so much.

We only need 8 hours of sleep everyday. On weekday I sleep for around 7 to 8 hours of sleep a day. Getting less than that, I would feel sleepy throughout the next day. Maybe I need to buy mattress that makes me wanna sleep more!

But too much of sleep also would cause tiredness the next day but I think some people can sleep as much as they want. Like Suzanne. :P
