Food Months!

With a few travel plans for this month and next month, I think the chances of indulging good food increases exponentially! How could you resist trying on the good food at new places especially when they are famous to be good?

And with the festive season and many dinners to attend, I am forecasting a growing waistline! My friend who already sees the trend on her body is persuading me to try Lipofuze that seems to be quite efficient.

I think I should try more natural way of losing the extra pounds by exercising. Or maybe a smaller portion of food; is it possible though?
