Eating Fruits~

I am now trying to incorporate fruits in my diets in the morning. I have read that it is best to take fruits in the morning as it is best for nutrient absorption?  I am not too sure on that yet.

But when I wake up, I try to drink either milk or fruit before I head out of the house. At work ’ll have my normal breakfast of whole meal bread or other snacks with coffee.

And besides, you can have fruit up to 30 minutes BEFORE a meal, but you must wait at least 3 hours AFTER a non-fruit meal before eating fruit.

    i learned that if u take just apples as breakfast it helps detoxify your body…but i’ll get hungry very fast lo… :(

    clive, you should wait for at least an hour or two for better digestion
