Eating Healthily!

Since moving in to this house, my lifestyle is getting more healthier, or at least on food consumption aspect.I used to be a food-junkie, eating junk food at least 3 to 5 times a week! I love corn chips, prawn crackers and most of the snacks. I also took a lot of instant food like instant noodles, instant porridge or soup, frequently.

Fruits and vegetable was rare in my diet back then.But I have cut down those unhealthy foods tremendously, taking them only once weekly or fortnightly. Apart from that, I have also increased my fruits and veges intake to a few servings a day, if I could. I still have a long way to go for a truly healthy diet but at least I am working on it! ^.^
