Discipline Morning

I’ve determined to be a healthier person in my diets, at least for the morning breakfast everyday. Ok, maybe only on weekday when I am working as I find that it is my most discipline time compare to afternoon or weekend.

After I wake up and before I go to work, I shall at least drink or eat EITHER one of them : lemon juice with honey drinks or yakult.

Apart from the discipline, our digestion system works the best in the morning and thus I must make use of it by consuming healthy food or drinks! Hope I can keep doing it as long as possible.

    Keep up the good work… Breakfast is important… I never miss my breakfast :)
