I think I prefer the ways things are done when he is here as we have more to do and it’s not so boring. At least we are getting the refrigerator filters changed too; which was way over it’s due date.

And not to mention the company group lunch tomorrow! Hope it will be at a nice restaurant.

But since tomorrow is Friday, I’ll try to take longer lunch time and still head over there or maybe go after work with Yvonne! =D I wanted to buy the Japanese Snow Pea at 50% off and some of the Meiji crackers and maybe some seed snacks too! Can’t wait to shop~

Why do some people like to fight and get angry so easily?!? 

At times, I do miss them a lot and wish I could be more filial and to go back more often. How I can do that more frequently and be a better daughter.

Missing my parents.. 

I was happy about it and thought it is easily achievable as I walk a lot daily. Now I walked with my pedometer and my Samsung MP3 player.But to my disappointment, on the third day, I only hit 9000 steps!

I forgot to wear my pedometer a couple of time on the short visit to the loo and early in the morning.So today I make it a point to buckle it on my belt all the time! Hope I can reach 10k step today! =) 

The French countryside is a lovely and relaxing place with private holiday villas in Perigord Noir. She enjoyed the famous French cuisine very much and had a great time visiting the peaceful countryside as well as the castles and caves.

She recommend to us the many Perigord Pourpre holiday gites to rent which are very affordable and worth it. She specially mentioned the lovely hot tub covers!

If only I am as lucky as her to be able to go honeymoon in Europe someday! 

My friend is focusing on promoting insurances for her career and believes me; she covers all policy from life insurance to auto insurance and even provide rv insurance quote.

She’s working very hard right now and aims to retire by the age of 40! Whoa.. about another decade to go and I wish I could do the same too. Just that I am not really into the field right now.

Whenever it rains heavily for a couple of hours, the city always flood and it caused massive traffic jam. Sometimes the water got so high and get into the car that parked at that area. You could see many rv towing after that for vehicles that couldnt start up.

It’s a big city but a simple things like drainage is not properly controlled. What a shame and how it caused troubles to the citizen as it happens far too often!

And so I have bought myself a pedometer which I strapped on my pants everyday to calculate how many steps I have taken. I bought it at Tesco at rather a cheap price on last Saturday.No, I dont need any special shoes or breeches; just what I wear daily.

On Sunday itself, I have walked more than 10k steps! Whoa! I amazed myself. On Monday, out of my expectation, I walked more than 10k steps as well! I hope I can do it everyday and achieve my goals~

But yesterday, I followed Adam to a birthday party for a 49th years old ex-colleague. I love their spirit of friendship to celebrate the birthday for him on Thursday night! We bought him lovely macanudo cigars. There were colleagues many years ago and everyone turned up at the big bungalow house of one of them. It was a beautiful house and simply marvelous to able to own it at such young age.

It was suppose to be BBQ party but they changed to potluck at the last minute. There were a lot of food, alcohol and beer involved! And laughter and happiness too! Happy birthday, Sir!
